Shipping policy
I ship worldwide from Riga, Latvia, via Latvia Post registered airmail with a tracking number.
SHIPPING RATES
- European Union: free
- United Kingdom: EUR 17
- United States: EUR 22
- All other countries: EUR 20
Express shipping via DHL is available at checkout. Rates vary by destination and may be significantly higher than standard rates.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (Standard Shipping)
- Europe: 1–2 weeks
- United States: 2–3 weeks
- Canada: 2–4 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: 4–5 weeks
These are estimates. Customs handling can add time, and I have no control over that stage.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders to the United States and the United Kingdom, I pay the import duties before the parcel leaves Latvia. You will not receive a bill at your door. Many small sellers pass that cost on and let it arrive as a surprise — I would rather absorb it so you can open the box without a second thought.
For all other countries outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
TRACKING
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
