REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: SILK IS A DELICATE NATURAL FABRIC
Our scarves are made from premium silk, which is a delicate natural material that requires careful handling. Silk can be easily damaged by water, perfume, cosmetics, sharp objects, rough surfaces, and improper storage. Any signs of wear, stains, snags, pulls, or damage will make the item non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in PERFECT, PRISTINE condition - exactly as you received it, completely unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. The silk must show no signs of contact with skin, cosmetics, perfume, water, or any other substances. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY UPON ARRIVAL. Once you have worn, used, or removed the tags from a silk item, it cannot be returned. To start a return, you can contact us at focus4@inbox.lv within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, please send the item back to us at your own expense to the following address: Zasulauka iela 1 Rīga, LV-1046 Latvia Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at focus4@inbox.lv. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items CANNOT be returned: - Items showing any signs of wear, use, stains, or damage - Items with removed or missing tags - Items that have been in contact with perfume, cosmetics, water, or other substances - Items with snags, pulls, or fabric damage - Custom or personalized items - Sale items or gift cards Due to the delicate nature of silk, we reserve the right to refuse any return if the item shows any signs of use or damage. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, the item must be in PERFECT, PRISTINE condition - completely unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any signs of use, wear, or damage will void your right to return. REFUNDS We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect, unworn condition with no signs of damage or use. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
